A form is the one widget AI cannot finish for you. ChatGPT will happily write contact form code, but that code has nowhere to send the submissions: forms need a server. This starter comes with one. Name, email, phone, subject, and message fields, saved to a submissions inbox in Fugte the moment someone hits send.
Spam is screened by Cloudflare Turnstile (the quiet, usually invisible successor to CAPTCHAs) plus rate limiting, so the inbox collects leads instead of bots. And like every Fugte widget, the form stays editable after it goes live: change the heading, labels, or colors once and every embed updates.

How do I add a lead form to my website without a developer?
Start from this form, edit the text and colors in Fugte, publish, and paste the link or iframe snippet into your site. Submissions start arriving in your Fugte dashboard; there is nothing else to set up.
Where do form submissions go?
To a Submissions inbox on the widget in Fugte. Sign in, open the widget, and read or export your leads. They never pass through a third-party form service.
Why can't I just use a form ChatGPT generated?
The HTML and CSS will be fine, but a form needs a server to receive submissions, and AI chat tools do not give you one. Bring that same code into Fugte, ask AI to hook the form to a Fugte collection, and it becomes a hosted form with a working submit path, spam protection, and an inbox.
Do I need Zapier, Formspree, or a plugin?
No. Submission handling is part of the widget: hosting, the submit endpoint, spam checks, and the inbox are all included.

Can I change the fields?
The starter ships with name, email, phone, subject, message, and a consent checkbox. Headings, labels, and colors are simple settings; to add or remove fields, ask AI in the editor to change the form.
I build widgets for clients. Who sees the submissions?
The client who owns the widget. Data ownership is separate from who built the widget, so a developer or agency that hands off a form has no read access to the leads it collects.
