The embed snippet is a few lines, so it uses almost none of the Embed element character limit.

The widget is hosted and sandboxed, so it cannot conflict with Webflow interactions or custom code elsewhere on the page.

Content edits in the widget editor go live immediately, useful when a client wants copy changes but you do not want to republish the Webflow project.

What the RSVP form needs from the embed.

The section above applies to anything you put on a Webflow site. This part is specific to the RSVP form.

The questions are fixed, so the form does not grow while a guest reads it, but its height changes twice: picking No drops the party-size question, and the thank-you message replaces the form once someone submits. Set the frame height to responsive on the editor's Iframe tab and all three states fit without scrolling inside the frame.

Photo to the left or right is a two-column layout that stacks into one column once the card is narrower than about 520px. It stacks on the width of the frame, not the width of the visitor's screen, so a narrow column on a wide desktop page stacks too. For a sidebar-width embed, choose the Top or Background placement rather than expecting the columns to hold.

Background placement floats the card over a full-bleed photo and holds the widget to at least 420px tall, so it is the one placement that will not fit a short box. Top placement is the shortest, since the photo is a wide band above the card rather than beside or behind it.

The Embed element needs a paid site plan. On free plans you can still add a link or button pointing to the hosted widget page.

Does the RSVP form count against Webflow CMS or code limits?

No CMS items are used, and the embed snippet is small. The widget itself is served from an external CDN, not stored in Webflow.

Can a client edit the widget without Designer access?

Yes, that is a common setup. The client edits text, colors, and offers through Fugte's no-code settings; the Webflow layout stays locked.
